So as a wedding photographer, you hear all the story's and funny or strange things that happen with everything weddings.

One thing that really threw me off and its something i hear regular from my client's,

Do we need to feed you? Do we need to save you the wedding photographer a seat at a table?

It was so regular a couldnt work out were it was coming from, but it didnt take long when i joined a few photographer social groups.

Now i want to point out this is not ALL photographers, some share the view i have but i was shocked how many thought they deserved a seat at a dinner table,

so much so some photographers have it in their contract !

In todays economy every pound counts and "a seat at a table" can cost a lot of money,

I have done weddings of all budgets but not once expected a seat for dinner.

I have been demanded to sit for dinner that’s another story lol

But for me I think its a little cheeky to expect to be fed by your clients.

So no you do not need to feed me or save a seat at a table for me.
